These groups are designed for people like you. Each participant learns essential business skills to help them run and manage their business effectively, they work in a supportive and safe community of likeminded peers who are in a similar position to grow a business they desire – and it’s affordable.

My name is Steve Bridson. I am an award winning business mentor and successful micro business owner having built, run and sold businesses in the past. Since 2018 I have worked with and supported hundreds of business owners across multiple industries.

I’d watched so many talented individuals fall through the gaps and I made it my personal quest to change this narrative, so in the summer of 2023 I set up my first Peer Power group of six individuals. The results were beyond my expectations. There are now multiple groups running, multiple business people growing their own businesses with support from me, support from their peer and building the lives they want for themselves and their families.
